IN HOUSE TRAINING

 

 

ICAP are willing to come to your company and give a presentation on the CPS and CAP programmes to the office professionals and HR representatives.

 

If five or more office professionals join the programme from one company,  ICAP are prepared to do in-house workshops to aid the self study process.  We have found from experience that groups of office professionals who study together are more successful than those who study alone, as the delegates motivate each other and are often prepared to help each other in areas that they are struggling with.  If there are in-house workshops, delegates are often more disciplined in doing sufficient hours in order to complete the programme.

 

If a company would choose to have in house training the following are the requirements:

 

Venue is to be supplied

Equipment:

► Data projector and screen

► Flipchart on stand with dark pens

► U-Shape seating with desks

 

Each session is 3.5 hours e.g. 08h30 - 12h00 or 13h00 - 16h30

Number of session required:

CPS = 12 sessions

CAP = 15 sessions

Prework - delegates will be required to read and try to understand the chapters to be covered before the application session.  This means they will be able to ask for help with the areas they have found difficult.

 

Testing - there will be a 30 minute test on the work of the previous session at the beginning of the next session.
