· Ann was a high School Teacher (in Mathematics and Physics) for 15 years in Uganda, Kenya and Swaziland

· Independent Consultant to large organizations in South Africa offering professional services ranging from IT benchmarking and assessment, project management, role profiling and specialist job design

· Part time lecturer in project management for a number of training institutions

· Part time lecturer for the Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) and Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), international qualification for executive secretaries and personal assistants

· Guest lecturer in project management for the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS)

· Accredited Belbin team role facilitator

· Accredited assessor, moderator, assessment tool designer, facilitator and training provider with the Services Seta in project management

DAWN WILLIAMS  (Master Instructor Microsoft Office)

 

Dawn started her career off by attending a Private Secretarial course at Wits Technikon in 1979.  She then went on to work in various secretarial positions at Old Mutual, Freight Services and the Liberty Life Group, where she held various posts in IT and Human Resources, ranging from secretarial to administration and training,  to call centre supervisor.  In 2000, after 15 years with the Liberty Group, she decided to join Ann Cameron at Competency Services in the role of  Personal Assistant.  She has also been involved in training at the seminars for the CPS and CAP programs for the last three years.

KELLY WILLIAMS (BA Corporate Communication)

 

Kelly matriculated in 2003 and began working as a receptionist Meyersdal Chiropractic Clinic, working with four doctors.  While working there Kelly began her studies in Corporate Communication at the University of Johannesburg in 2004.  After studying for 2 years, she found a part time job at the Institute for Certified Administrative Professionals (ICAP) handling most of the communication and setting up the ICAP E-Zine.

 

Early in March 2008, Kelly graduated with her BA degree in Corporate Communications and became the Public Relations and Communications Officer for ICAP. She is currently studying to achieve the  Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) rating  and hopes to achieve this by the end of 2008.
